Company Overview

We are an independent upstream oil and gas company focused on the acquisition, development and production of oil, natural gas, and NGL reserves. We currently operate in the Permian Basin, San Juan Basin, and Anadarko Basin regions of Western Oklahoma, Southern Kansas, and the panhandle of Texas, but are not limited as we look across the US for high rates of return assets that are accretive to our distributions.

Our management team leverages decades of industry experience to identify prime exploration and development opportunities, optimize current well production, efficiently drill undeveloped locations, and secure low-risk acquisitions.

Unlike most of our competitors, we are a high-yield company focused on distributions, which positions us to offer equity-based investment opportunities otherwise unheard of in our industry. Since October 2023, we are a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange.
